Daddy Got Me a Giraffe Tricycle!!!

Daddy came home with a a giraffe trike for Rayna!! She just loves it when Daddy takes her for rides around the living room! Also note - you can see Rayna's two bottom teeth in the first picture!! Finally, I managed to get them in a picture!

We're getting ready for Easter!!

Our little Easter Bunny!!! She is such a good sport!!

She just keeps amazing me!!!

Well, it's official! Rayna Lynn is pulling herself up on EVERYTHING and standing now! I wonder how long it will be before she is taking that first step! It is simply amazing! She seems to be in overdrive when it comes to developing now! We are taking walks almost daily (weather depending) and she just loves it! She will ewwww and awww the whole time! We are getting ready for easter, and I'm hoping to have a mini easter egg hunt for her this year! Stay tuned for pictures!

8 months and growing

Rayna will be 8 months old on St. Patrick's Day, and I can hardly believe it! We've hit some major milestones in a month! Rayna is sitting herself up from her back, she's army crawling, and she's starting to pull herself up on things. She's sitting up completely unassisted, and we've made the transition from her baby tub to the sink/bath tub. She loves bath time, and loves being able to splash all she wants! Tonight she was attempting to stand up on her crawl and cruise jungle and fell down - smacking her face on the way down. It looks like she might have a little bruise, which I assume will be the first of many with our little adventorous diva! Rayna's hair is really growing, and I was finally able to get enough hair pulled together to put it in a bow. It fell out seconds later, but it still made for a cute picture!
She loves laying on her side - as you can tell in the picture above. I think she looks so funny and grown-up all at the same time. She also enjoys crawling into her exersaucer, as you can see above. It was so funny to see her do it the first time! Also, you may have looked at the picture of Rayna and Daddy and wondered - is Andy in Rayna's crib with her? And yes, it's not your eyes deceiving you - he really did get in her crib with her. I think he would have stayed in there if I didn't insist that he get out before we had to replace the crib! ha ha!
Rayna is eating about 3 meals a day now, too. She LOVES squash, sweet potatoes and chicken and noodle dinner. We've found she does not like Peaches, but that seems to be the only thing so far.
We've found Rayna sucking her thumb more, too, so I am thinking she's going to be like Aunt Susan. Although, I hope that if it is a habit that she has - she breaks it before she's 12. haha!
